Aside from websites that enable individuals to post reviews of services and products, there are also those that work on a "expert" or "expert" basis. Some of these websites payment, and spend for, called people or physical bodies with competence in a particular field to give their review product, while others tap the services of internal editorial staff to execute these reviews. By seeking to maintain independence and neutrality and allowing their authors' qualifications and website ethos to be scrutinised, such websites avoid many of those criticisms focuseded on user-review websites.
For example, the UK customer advocacy organization, the Customers' Organization, offers Which?, a website that carries no advertising but covers various services and products, with reviews and ratings often based upon exhaustive independent screening. Another type of review website does not give free-form content reviews, but instead reviews a particular class of items, solutions, or businesses using a collection of pre-defined criteria. One such instance is the Canadian buying website Wishabi, which examines business on 42 criteria [9] and displays the results in a collection of icons. This 2nd type of expert review website usuallies give a better system for relative study, but at the expense of minimized flexibility and richness.
