On March 13, 2014, an Open House Event was held at Mahogany Bay Village. The activity 'Summit by the Sea' hosted a large group of potential home investors who are thinking about making Belize their home. The guests were given a tour of the chic, yet rustic and comfortable cottages that were completed as portion of Phase one of the Mahogany Bay Village Project. Located just south of San Pedro Belize on Ambergris Caye, Mahogany Bay Village was developed to create smaller, smarter and more sustainable real estate in Belize.
